The expression regenerative agriculture, much used in the early 1980s of the last century and then abandoned, is back on the agenda today, as it has been revived by the European Union and FAO as an environmentally friendly mode of agricultural management.
The conference, which will be held on February 21, 2024 from 9,00 a.m. at the Library of the Accademia delle Scienze detta dei XL (Scuderie Vecchie di Villa Torlonia, entrance Via Spallanzani, 1/A), intends to explore some of its technical and scientific aspects by communicating precise data for Italian agriculture, which has long been oriented toward achieving the complicated and responsible balance between agricultural production and environmental sustainability.
