On December 1st, 2000, the President of the ItalianRepublic, Carlo Azeglio Ciampi, inaugurated the Academy’s new headquarter at the Villino Rosso in Villa Torlonia. The building was granted by the city of Rome and was entirely renovated by the Academy.
